This patient was concerned about the horizontal lines in her forehead. She was treated with Botox by Dr. Polacek and is very pleased with the results. Photos are one month apart.

Forehead Lines - This is a lovely patient that was concerned about her asymmetric brows, frown lines, worry lines and crow’s feet. She was treated with BOTOX® for her “11’s between her eyes, the “tails of her brow” and her crow’s feet. Another incredible result from Dr. Lori Polacek using BOTOX® by Allergan®!

This patient was concerned about the appearance of deep wrinkles in the upper forehead which had never been treated in the past. Dr. Lori Polacek injected Botox in the forehead area and around her eyes. The results in just two weeks are amazing! Patient is so happy as she looks younger and more rested.

This patient came to us with concerns of TMJ symptoms with masseter hyperactivity and clenching. Dr. Lori Polacek treated this patient with Botox to the masseter muscle (where you see arrows) which has improved her symptoms and also significantly improved the contour of her jawline with softening. The patient is happy with her results and her TMJ symptoms have minimized.

This patient was concerned about forehead wrinkles and premature aging from years of sun damage. The upper face was treated with Botox to minimize wrinkles and Voluma filler was placed in the midface for lifting. After 2 weeks the result is amazing.

Sun Damage - This patient was concerned about facial aging and deflation, extensive sun damage and under-eye dark circles. The treatment plan included multiple treatments of medical-grade skincare, Allergan® BOTOX® and fillers over a five month period. The results are amazing…erasing sunspots and lightening under eye dark circles using Obagi Nu-Derm® daily, filler in the cheek area to help loss of volume, BOTOX® for the drooping brow and forehead! Patient looks rested and years younger!

This patient was concerned about the wrinkles around her eyes (crows feet), a tired appearance and hyperpigmentation. She was treated with Botox and filler partnered with a customized treatment plan of medical grade skin care products and peels for an optimal result. She is very pleased with her non-surgical lift and facial rejuvenation and will continue to see improvement going forward.

Masseter Muscle - This is a lovely patient that presented with complaints of clenching and a square jawline. She was treated by Dr. Lori Polacek with Botox® to the masseter muscle (lower face and jawline) and Voluma to the upper cheek area.  The patient is extremely pleased with her result. She is clenching less and notes a softening of her jawline.

Masseter Muscle - This patient is a young female who presents with a complaint of jaw clenching and discomfort which she attributes to stress. In addition she describes her jawline as square and would like this softened. She was initially treated by Dr. Polacek with BOTOX® in the Masseter muscles and then had a second treatment in the right Masseter to maximize the results.  She has had a significant improvement in her symptoms and a softened oval shaped lower face.

This 40 year old patient underwent two treatments of injections. The first treatment consisted of one treatment of BOTOX® between the eyes and the crows feet, as well as a treatment of JUVÉDERM® in the lower face. The second treatment consisted of an additional syringe of JUVÉDERM® in the lower face 12 days later. She was very happy with the results, voicing to Dr. Polacek that she felt “10 years younger.” The patient also remarked that she felt Dr. Polacek did a wonderful job of being gentle, and that the process was overall painless.
